Trend and Market Demand Analysis of Full Age Application of Pet Nests

With the pet economy entering the era of "refined pet care", pet beds are no longer simple "sleeping containers", but full age products designed for the physiological and behavioral needs of pets at various stages of their lifecycle. Behind this trend is the deep concern of pet owners for their pets' health and comfort, as well as the upgrading of consumption in the pet supplies market. The following analysis will be conducted from three aspects: demand logic, driving factors, and industry trends.

1、 Differences in the demand for bedding throughout the entire lifecycle of pets

The life cycle of pets can be divided into infancy (0-1 years old), adulthood (1-7 years old), and old age (7 years old and above), and there are significant differences in the demand for bedding in each stage:

-Childhood: Pets have weak immunity, poor temperature regulation ability, strong curiosity, and are easily frightened. The core demand is "warmth+safety" - the bedding needs to use soft insulation materials (such as lamb wool, coral wool), and some products are designed with fences or enclosed structures to prevent young pets from crawling out or being stimulated by the outside world; At the same time, it should be easy to clean and address the issue of frequent excretion from young pets.

-Adults: Pet activity reaches its peak, and demand shifts towards "comfort+durability". The bedding should be spacious enough (to match the size of the pet), made of breathable and wear-resistant materials (such as canvas, Oxford cloth), and some products have a detachable and washable design to meet daily cleaning needs; For large dogs or lively pets, the stability of the bedding should also be considered to avoid easy tipping over.

-Older age: Pet joints deteriorate and mobility is limited, with a focus on "support+convenience". The socket should be made of high support materials (such as memory foam, slow rebound sponge) to relieve joint pressure; The entrance design should be low or have a slope to facilitate the entry and exit of elderly pets; At the same time, waterproof and anti fouling materials have become essential to address the incontinence issues that may occur in elderly pets.
